What is the Parent Council?
All parents are members of the school's Parent Forum. The Parent Council's job is to represent the views of all parents within the Parent Forum on all aspects of the school, but in particular on the education provided by the school and other matters affecting the education and welfare of the pupils.
Our aims are to work in partnership with the school and the wider community, to create a welcoming school which is inclusive for all pupils and parents, and to develop and engage in activities which support the education and welfare of the pupils.
How can you get involved?
The Parent Council meets approximately once a month during the academic year, usually on the first Wednesday of each month at 7pm in the school. The agenda for each meeting is circulated by email beforehand and placed on the school's Facebook page. Minutes are attached to this page once they have been approved. All parents are welcome to attend any meeting and we would love to see you there. It is a great way to meet other parents and to get an insight into what happens in the school.
Date of next meeting:
The AGM will take place on 5th September 2018.
